recipe for quiche, which is the best.



start with a ready-made base, if you can get them, makes things easy. slice a red onion in half-moons and fry in a little olive oil. once you have got the heat going, turn it really low and leave it for about 20-30 minutes, stirring every so often.

in a bowl, mix 5 eggs and about half of the onion, add some goat's cheese and pour into the base. cook at 350F for about 50 minutes. it even tastes really good cold.
